Below you will find a link to the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics' ("FAST") 2008 tax return. The return shows income of $65,315 and expenses of $31,628 which resulted in an ending net asset value of $33,687. The $33,687 is held in cash as outlined in Part II of the 2008 tax return. The $65,315 of income was from the 2008 Evening with the Stars Gala ("Gala") as well as donations made by check and by credit card through the FAST web site. The $31,628 expenses are made up of fund raising expenses of $28,435, administration expenses of $1,106 and insurance expense of $2,087 as shown in Part I of the 2008 tax return. The income and expense items include restricted cash of $18,625 that was to be used solely for Gala expenses. The $18,625 includes a $9,000 donation from a Corporate Donor and a $9,625 donation from an anonymous donor.
